Our strategy is to capitalize on counter-cyclical market conditions by purchasing assets during periods of high interest rates and low asset prices. This approach enables us to acquire properties at significantly reduced prices, positioning us to maximize returns once market conditions improve. We prioritize fully operational assets, eliminating construction risks, and ensuring that the purchase price is substantially lower than the redevelopment cost.
