HFG is poised to evolve from a collection of fintech platforms into a “tech-fin” institutional lender, offering cutting-edge solutions for borrowers, mortgage brokers, non-bank lenders, and mortgage-related product providers. Sapien Group holds the majority stake in HFG and exercises significant control with two out of three seats on its board. The Fund targets preference shares in HFG and its subsidiaries, including Hashching Ltd, Fintek Pty Ltd (Mystro), HFG Capital Pty Ltd (HFGC), Hash Property Pty Ltd (HashProp), and Grow-X Pty Ltd (GrowX).
