The Fund of Funds (FoF) is designed to offer qualified investors a diversified portfolio of complying investments under the Significant Investor Visa (SIV) program. The FoF allocates funds across three SIV-Compliant Components: the Balancing Investment Component (up to 50%), the Emerging Companies Component (at least 30%), and the Venture Capital & Private Equity Component (at least 20%). This structure aims to meet the specific requirements of the SIV program while offering flexibility and a range of investment options. Investors benefit from a simplified application process, with the ability to choose from a menu of investment options, switch between them where possible, and even explore bespoke investment opportunities, subject to regulatory requirements.

All investments are subject to risk, which means that the value of your investment may fluctuate. The value of investments may fluctuate, and returns may not meet expectations. Additionally, the FoF faces risks related to emerging companies, changes in regulations, and potential conflicts of interest. Investors should carefully consider these risks and seek advice to determine whether the FoF aligns with their investment goals and risk tolerance.

Before investing, investors should carefully consider these risks in light of their financial goals and risk tolerance.
