The Fund’s exit strategy is designed with a proactive approach, focusing on leveraging established financial institutional relationships to identify strategic mergers and acquisitions (M&A) opportunities for its investees. While initial public offerings (IPOs) are considered, M&A is prioritized as a more immediate and potentially lucrative exit route. To mitigate concentration risk, the Fund ensures that no more than 30% of its overall portfolio value is allocated to any single investment, thus maintaining a diversified and balanced portfolio.

Eligible investee companies must meet several criteria, including scalable business models, massive addressable markets, and defendable intellectual property, with a committed and coachable founding team.
